Different ways you can think about the decision making process...

Use these steps to truly understand the decision making process that you use as you practice with different scenarios that relate to the NIC. Remember to videotape yourself and really THINK about the choices you made. Take apart the layers and then try to understand the framework and background that you bring to the scenario that led you to make the decision that you made.

DECIDE (Dilemma, Ethic, Choices, Impact, Decision, Effects)

PEPSI (Problem, Ethic, Perspectives, Solution, Impacts)

PEPSI-CO (adds Consequence, Outcome)
